Refund Policy

1. Networker Pro

Networker Pro is an annual plan, paid in advance, that renews automatically each year.

• Cancel any time. Go to Settings, then Billing, in the member portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the year you have paid for.
• No partial refunds. We do not refund unused time, including when you cancel part way through a year.
• Forgot to cancel? If you are charged for a renewal and have not used any Pro feature since the renewal date, contact us within 14 days. We will consider a refund at our discretion.

2. Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to cancel an online subscription within 14 days of buying it, such as the United Kingdom, you can do so by emailing admin@board.ai within 14 days of your first payment. We will refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for any days of access you have already had. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the law.

3. Corporate licences

Corporate licences for OpNet and DealDirect follow the terms of your order form. Unless your order form says otherwise, annual licences are not refundable part way through the term.

4. C-SuiteScout finder's fees

Finder's fees are payable by the hiring organisation under the C-Suite Scout contract, which sets out when they fall due and when the administration fee retained by Board.AI is non-refundable.

5. Referral credits

Refer and Earn credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.

6. Billing errors

If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, tell us within 60 days and we will refund the difference in full.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show them.
