1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages, such as the fact that you are signed in.
2. The cookies we use
All of our own cookies are strictly necessary. They are set only when you sign in or verify your identity, cannot be read by JavaScript on the page, and are not used to track you across other websites.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
| board_web_session | Keeps you signed in to the member portal | Until you sign out or your session expires |
| board_web_mfa | Holds a pending two-step verification while you sign in | 10 minutes |
| board_web_oauth_state | Protects sign-in through a third-party account against forgery | 10 minutes |
| board_opnet_session | Keeps OpNet operators signed in to their workspace | Until you sign out or your session expires |
| board_opnet_workspace | Remembers which OpNet workspace an operator is using | While the operator is signed in |
| board_opnet_ticket | Carries an operator's sign-in between verification steps | 10 minutes |
| board_cookie_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected the cookies in section 3 | 12 months |
Because these cookies are essential for the service you ask for, we do not need your consent to use them.
3. Site tracking, with your consent
We use ActiveCampaign, our email provider, to understand which pages visitors look at, so we can improve the site and send more relevant emails. Its cookies (named prism_ followed by our account number) are set only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you have an account with us or have received our emails, ActiveCampaign may link those visits to your contact record.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. Choosing Reject stops the tracking and removes its cookies.
4. Third-party cookies
Our booking pages embed Calendly so you can choose a time for a call. Calendly may set its own cookies inside the booking window. They are controlled by Calendly under its own cookie policy, and are set only when you open a booking page.
5. What we do not use
We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
6. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block our essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
